T he football off-season is a valuable time to recharge and recover. I t's important not to let all your training go to waste . In this blog post, we'll explore some effective strategies to help you stay fit off season. 1 . Set Realistic Goals – While the off-season is an opportunity to relax and recover, it’s also a time to reset your realistic goals .  Assess your current fitness through some basic tests.
